The athletic journey can be both rewarding and challenging. Alongside discipline and performance often come pressure, injury, and identity shifts. Serena Graf offers online mental health therapy specifically designed for athletes, with a focus on emotional resilience, recovery, and transition.

As a former NCAA Division I track and field athlete, Serena brings firsthand understanding of the demands and complexities that come with sport. Her work blends clinical expertise with lived experience to provide mental health and counselling that respects both your goals and your wellbeing.

Support may include working through performance anxiety, return-to-sport planning, burnout, or adjusting to life after competitive athletics. Sessions are adapted to meet each athlete’s unique situation, whether you are actively competing, sidelined by injury, or moving into a new phase of your life.

Although located in Kamloops, BC, services are fully virtual. This makes mental counselling and counselling and psychotherapy accessible to athletes across BC and beyond, with privacy and flexibility that fit your schedule.
